Meet the Founder & Owner
Rob holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Towson University and has been an insurance claims adjuster since 2000. He has extensive experience in both small and large commercial and personal property claims, appraisals, and umpiring.
Prior to opening FCA, Rob worked as a property adjuster for several leading insurance companies, such as Johns Eastern, Farmers, Erie, and Chubb, where he honed his expertise and developed a deep understanding of the industry.

Nick Moore
Nick’s background gives him a unique perspective when it comes to assessing property damage and understanding the intricacies of building structures. His sharp eye for detail and hands-on experience allow him to quickly grasp the nuances of insurance claims. He is conscientious and committed to providing excellent service to our clients. In his free time, Nick enjoys hunting, working on cars/equipment, and landscaping.
Ryan Richardson
With prior experience in the construction industry, Ryan brings a solid foundation of hands-on expertise to every claim he handles. He holds a Haag certification and is licensed in both Florida and Delaware, allowing him to serve a wide range of clients with confidence and precision. When he's not working, Ryan enjoys spending quality time with his family, watching his three boys grow and adventuring with his wife. He's also a passionate sports fan, always following the Orioles and the Ravens.
James Vorsteg
Jimmy brings over 30 years of experience to our team, specializing in property and casualty claims. His attention to detail and commitment to fairness make him an invaluable asset. Outside of the office, Jimmy is an avid outdoorsman who spends his free time hunting and fishing. Just like with hunting or fishing, he understands that success in claims adjusting requires keen observation and persistence.
